Hi, our email forms used to come through in an easy to read format, just with the data we needed.

I deleted some text fields from the form and now the email formatting is all messed up and very hard to read. It's including a some totals fields that we don't want in the email.

I've searched and can't figure out how to fix this.  Please could you take a look and let me know what to do?

I've included both in the screenshot attached.

    Thank you.

I checked each Email Notifiers on your form and I noticed that there are still total fields in the Email template. That could perhaps the reason why you are getting the same email format when you received the email.

I tried to delete these fields in the email body on my cloned form and it works on my end.

If you don't want the total fields and values to show on email, please try deleting it again and don't forget to click the Save button after making any changes.
