Hello! I opened a new account today and was in the middle of creating my first form when I was suddenly pushed out of the platform. I tried to log back in but kept getting an error message that my password did not match. So I clicked the link to reset my password, reset it and then tried to log back in, but with no luck. Same message that my password didn't work. This pattern continued until I reset my password approximately 5 times. Now when I try to log-in, the page just freezes and nothing happens.
I've tried private windows, new browsers and restarting my computer to no avail. I even called my VA (she lives in another state) and she also could not get in. Please help. I have clients who are waiting on this form and I need to get it out ASAP.
