Hello,
I had a complaint of a user going to a blank page when they submitted a form. When I tested the form (using authorize.net Sandbox mode for the credit card) the form did the same thing. I updated the form to go to a separate page on the site and it is still doing the same thing. Any ideas?

Hello,
I checked your form on stand alone and it works fine. However, while checking it out on your web page, I see that it is not working properly. Can you try clearing your wordpress CMS cache and see if it fixes the problem? You can check out this page I found online on how to clear caches on Wordpress: http://www.wpbeginner.com/beginners-guide/how-to-clear-your-cache-in-wordpress/
If the problem persists after clearing the cache, please let us know.

I think that may have worked, but I did get an error while testing it this morning. The error said PCI: Error during transaction: The Merchant login IF or password is invalid or the account is in Active. Does my client need to adjust his Authorize.net account?
Thanks!
