My form is down and not processing transaction.

    What type error are you receiving? Could you please provide us more detailed explanations or screenshots about the issue so we can assist you better?

    I notice that you use Authorize.net too.  You might want to make sure nobody at your organization has changed your API Login ID or Transaction Key, both of which are in Authorize.net and have to match the Auth.net integration on your JotForm.
