How can I transfer my forms to another account

my partner and i split up i need to transfer my client forms to a new account and leave him with his. what's the best way to accomplish this?

We can transfer your client forms to the new account if you provide us your new account username and which forms you want to transfer.

I did not delete any forms on any account. I just transfer all the forms as you have requested. I have returned all transferred form again to the account (ronprosky).

Are you referring to the folder? Could you please provide the form link or name you want to move?

All forms were moved to the account designlaine except these: 

Ketamine (all) - 4 Forms

AWMP (all) - 1 Form

Reach IPA (all) - 1 Form

Steps Recovery (all) - 3 Forms

LBR (all) - 4 Forms

Misc. Contact Form - 1 Form

Master Insurance VOB - 1 Form
