Email not sending to the correct address

    Hi Jotform Crew, 


    I'm having a problem with this 2 forms: and this one:


    Every time i try to change the adress to where the form should send the submissions, he keeps sending to my email (the account adress)

    Thanks for any help.

    I believe the problem is because you changed the default Sender Email (listed as your own, see picture below). When you do that it usually results in email problems and in this case because of this it will be sending it to your email. It is recommended that you set your Email Notification back to NOREPLY@JOTFORM.COM. This should help correct the problem.  

    Correction, your Sender Email is appropriate, however, the Recipient Email is what you will actually need to customize. (I apologize about this and if there is any confusion please let us know so that we can help you better.)

    I also noticed that your email is not on our bouncelist. This may cause you to have email problems sometimes because you have a custom email extension from a different host. 

    Result: is NOT in the bounce list
