"Oops! Something went wrong" error message is displayed after widget is clicked.

hi there i got a problem about the widget, if i click the widget  it is empty so it says refresh and i did many time but problem is still same  please check the attached  picture

With which widget you are having this issue with? I did check your form but did not find any widget added. Please let us know the widget which you add in form and see this error message.
