About the free account, what does it mean by receive 1 payment per month?

On the free plan, what does it mean by receive 1 payment per month. Does this mean that you can only set the form up to receive 1 type of payment.

Also, can you get jotform to automatically send an email after a year for recurring payments.

For the free account, you can receive 1 payment submissions and up to 100 normal submissions per month. Payment submissions come from order forms or donation forms. Once you reach the limit you will receive a message and your forms will be disabled.

Can you get JotForm to automatically send an email after a year for recurring payments?

Yes, we do send an email when your account subscription renews.
