Having trouble Migrating PDF Forms....help please? The reply to email does not work

Tried using your importer to import some forms made in adobe acrobat reader. Says import failed but the reply-to email says the department in question no longer exists. 

Any chance someone can help me accomplish the import? Or give me a viable alternative given that I need the output pdfs styled similarly to the forms I'd like to import?

I'm afraid we don't have any alternative to the adobe forms central import. 

The only way to do it is to manually create each form using the builder.
