    Hi there,

    I've created an email notification but some fields aren't showing, despite their field names being in the email table. Can you help please? The form is:

    https://form.jotform.com/61177739890974

    The fields not showing are under the POLICIES SELECTED heading in the email notification:

    {input303}

    {input305}

    {input307}

    etc

    Also the field: {input320} under the AGREEMENT heading.

    Thanks!

    Ben.

    I cloned your form to test it further and the notification email is showing the fields properly.

    Here's a small screen capture of the notification email I have received:

    Try to enable the Required feature to the fields so the user will not skip it.

    I noticed that you have two email notification. Are you referring to the other one? If yes, please try to update the fields.

    I hope this helps. Let us know how it goes. Thank you.

    Hi there, thanks very much for your reply. Yes, I created a new version but kept the old one temporarily, which is why there is two. It's happening to me in both. The agreement fields are required already. I've tried deleting the field codes and inserting them again.

    On a similar topic, I've just created an email autoresponder for a new form and ticked the box to show empty fields. However, it is not showing empty fields (they are input tables/matrix): https://form.jotform.com/73377371034961. Can you please help?

    Yes, I created a new version but kept the old one temporarily, which is why there is two. It's happening to me in both. The agreement fields are required already. I've tried deleting the field codes and inserting them again.

    I checked these fields and they are still not set as required.

    {input303}, {input305}, {input307}

    I also did a test submission to your form and I was not able to replicate the issue. Here's the notification email that you have received (my test submission):

    If you want you can edit the email content by adding the text/description you prefer. Here's a screen animation guide:

    Here's the result of the test email:

    May I know what are you trying to achieve so we can assist you better?

    Thank you for your patience in solving the issue.
