Form error says "Please check back soon for the application form."

One of my forms is suddenly unavailable to view within the website as well as via the published link. Instead it just says "Please check back soon for the application form."  

I can still see the forms/info for those who already submitted but cannot have anyone new fill it out.

It looks like the form is disabled. Please try to enable it in the Form Settings page. Here's a screenshot guide:

If the issue still persists, please provide the form URL or form ID so we can check it further.
