I'm sorry for the trouble caused to you.
I was unable to test your form as it requires live payment. I cloned your form and integrated with my test Stripe account. When I tested my cloned form, I was able to replicate the issue you are having. I am not sure what is causing this issue. There is no reason why this error message should be displayed.
I delete the "Duddell's membership number (if applicable)" field and added it again. That seems to have solved this problem. I would suggest you to please test your form and get back to us if the issue persists.
