Embedded form on Wix is not submitting

I have a form which has been embedded into a wix site. When submit is clicked the paypal processing should come up however it isn't doing this and is just showing "please wait"...however when I check just the form link on it's own it does work.

Can you please assist as to why this may be happening?

I did a test submission on your webpage and I was able to replicate the issue. Here's a screenshot:

If it is still the same, then please get the iFrame code of the form and paste it in the "Add your code here" field. Please take note that "Code" should be selected. Here's a screenshot:

Both ways don't appear to be working - keeps coming up just as "please wait" then nothing happens. This may be something that is a bug.

Any further advice would be appreciated.

I sent test submission to your form. It seems everything works as expected now. I submitted the form and I was redirected to PayPal. Do you still have this issue?
