Hello. I am a premium user and I want to get parents of children to sign their children up for clubs I run. I am very new to all the legal side of things but I have to ask (as I have been instructed to) how secure would the information that which is submitted be?

I want to leave a simple legal explanatory note at the bottom that will leave parent's aware of what happens to there data. Please may you help me with this.

The data is securely transmitted with a 256 bit high-grade encryption, please also note that you must log-in in order to access the data so it's not possible to publish at least that you do it from any of our features.

All forms and data are transmitted using the HTTPS protocol, besides that you may enable the encryption feature on your form, here is a guide that will provide you more details about it: https://www.jotform.com/help/344-Encrypted-Forms-and-How-to-Use-Them

    I hope this helps.
