The idea is to be able to manage one form with many different languages, this could save a lot of time and this is the best way to be sure that all the forms have the same content.

JotForm's interface is available on many different languages. You can find the language selector at the bottom of the JotForm page.
As for form content translation, unfortunately, we do not have such a feature built in. I'll have it added to our useless wishlist, although there is no guarantee it can be implemented.
My suggestion to you would be to clone your form for a number of times, then edit each clone manually to have it translated to another language, perhaps with the help of Google Translate.
