Directing specific contact forms to specific emails within the ministry

I want to create specific information forms that should be redirected to specific people in the ministry.  

i.e.  Info about how to become a minister to membership@madonnaministry.net

Info about the Education Outreach to education@madonnaministry.net

Info about the 2018 Conference to conference@madonnaministry.net

Help me understand how to do this please.

It's possible to change the email recipient based on conditions,  so if certain fields are filled you may redirect the submission to the desired email.
