After using Jotform flawlessly for over a year now, we've suddenly had a few inquiries go straight to spam/junk in our email. This is troubling, since we use JotForm as a helpdesk.
Can you help? Is there something else we should be doing to make sure those filters aren't pushing emails towards spam or junk?
We've already marked the incoming emails as not junk or spam, although they still keep getting filtered that way.

This issue might occur due to the receiving email server is having an issue with one of the email elements from JotForm. Please consider adding the JotForm email address/domain to the whitelist of your email server. Please refer to the guide below for the list of JotForm domains that can be whitelisted.
Hope this information helps! Please get back to us if the issue still persists. We will be happy to assist you further.
