How do I find my "form code"

Asked by wmorkes on February 03, 2011 at 03:02 PM

I'm trying to insert a feedback form in a google sites, and your steps have EVERYTHING except where I can find the form ID - but it does reference such ID.  Where can I find that?

From what I can tell, the form's ID (as opposed to the unique ID of each submission made via the form) is the string of eleven digits at the end of its URL. (You can see the URL when you preview the form.)

If you look at the source code of the form, you will see a line with input type="hidden" name="formID" value="01234567890" (Of course, the ID for your form will be different.)
