i am not getting the submission emails from my formsPage URL:

I visited the page URL you provided and I did not see any embedded form. I am assuming you're referring to this form: http://www.jotform.us/form/52116738983161
If yes, I checked the email recipient (firstname.lastname@example.org) and it is not on our bounce list. I also checked our email logs and I can see the emails are being sent successfully. Here's the screenshot:
Please check your spam folder and if you see JotForm emails, please mark it as not spam.
If the issue still persists, please try using your own SMTP as sender email by following this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/244-How-to-Setup-SMTP-for-a-Form

it takes about an hour to get the email from submissions, before it would only take couple seconds, i need to be able to answer my client quickly

There are a number of possible reasons for this such as high traffic in the network from the sending server, or traffic in the network of the server on the receiving email server, a possible routing issue, etc. However, what I can guarantee here is that this is a temporary issue and can be back to normal anytime soon. I suggest to please give it around 24 hours, and if the problem persists, please let us know.
