How can I duplicate multiple fields at once?

Hello

I have a need to show about a dozen Yes/No radio buttons, and each one will have a conditional text area that will show up if the answer is yes. 

Is there a way to group these together like in a row or container and then duplicate them easily?

Additionally, if I am doing multiple pages, and page 3 has pretty much the same content as page 2, can I create a duplicate that way?

If you want to duplicate a page, simply select all the fields from that page, and duplicate them. Let us know if you need more help.
