In order to integrate with Ontraport, is there a fee to ITMooti as well as JotForm or just a fee to jotform?

Please note that the JotForm subscription allows you to receive more submissions or provides more storage space or increase other limits based on the subscription plan chosen. You may compare the subscription plans available from our pricing page. 

You may use the integrations that are already available with free subscription plan as well. However, if the integrated third-party application requires a paid plan based on your requirement you may sign-up for it separately and JotForm subscription plans don't include any of the other plans. 

Also, unfortunately, there is no direct integration available with Ontraport to JotForm. If you want, we may be able to send a feature request to our backend team for evaluation. I am not sure how Ontraport works, however, you may also consider getting the full source code of the form and integrate Ontraport and host it on your server. You may hire a programmer from Upwork or Freelancer to achieve your requirement.
