Allow 1 submission per email

Is there anything I can do or add to my form that can limit the submissions per person for each unique email? Exactly like the IP & Cookies restriction that only alouds 1 people to submit a form, is it possible to limit this via the email provided by the person? Example diego@conqr.mx submits and after that he fill again the form and enter that email again but now he can't submit.
