Account blocked due to credit card fields in form

    David - I believe I may have the same issue mentioned above...did not realize the details around credit card capture. How can I get my account unlocked/remove the fields violating the terms of service?

    I removed the credit card fields from the forms that caused the account to be suspended and activated your account.  Your account and forms should be usable once again.
