Hi. I’ve been trialling Formstack but, as the forms are encrypted, I can’t search by anything other than a transaction number. If I use your encrypted form alternatively to Formstack, will I be able to search by name or email address please?

Also, Formstack don’t have any sequential numbering. I need our forms to start at, say 300, and continue to add 1 for every submission. With Formstack, because the form is encrypted, it isn’t able to do this. Do your forms do this please?

Yes, it's possible to search on the submissions page for an encrypted form as long as the encryption key is provided, once you do that you will get your submissions data where you will be able to use any criteria to search.

It's also possible to have an auto incremented field, you can set up the current index and the number will increase in one: https://widgets.jotform.com/widget/autoincrement

This guide will help you adding the widget to your form: https://www.jotform.com/help/252-How-to-Add-a-Widget-to-Your-Form

    I hope this helps.
