Needing the "show on one page" field for a template

I am using a template and I cannot find the "FORM LAYOUT" setting to have the template show on one page when it is being completed? 

Please note that it is not possible to change the form layout of existing form. You can create new form in any of the form layout but if you clone a form, it will be cloned in the same layout of form template. Please check the screenshot below:
