I'm trying to change my username for the jotform account as it is for a student society and the account gets passed on year to year, and it is in the name of my predecessor.
I have changed the password successfully and the associated email can remain the same, it is only the username used for login.

Only we can change the username.
Could you please provide at least two possible usernames so we can do the change for you?
