I received an email about half priced annual plans. When I purchased and annual plan it was not half. I was billed for the regular price?

We're sorry for this inconvenience.
I see you switched from Bronze monthly to Bronze yearly and only your unused time from monthly subscription was deducted from yearly purchase.
So, we can refund the remaining charge and you can purchase the regular discounted plan again.
Let us know if that works.

Please accept our apologies. The reason why your account was not granted of the Bronze Yearly discount initially is that you are already in the Bronze tier. The discount is intended for the accounts that will be switching to a higher tier. In your case, it should be from Bronze to Silver.
Nevertheless, as you have requested, I have requested a refund of $76.00 for your account and it will be processed within 5 to 10 business days. (That's $190 - $114 = $76)
Please be noted that the End Of Year Sale is a one time offer only and your account will be charged at a regular rate when the plan subscription renews.
