Hi, I have been receiving email from Paypal informing that my subscription payment was unsuccessful.
I have updated the Paypal and credit card info but still payment was unsuccessful..
May I know how should I go about this?
My account is email@example.com

Did you update your credit card in your Account's BILLING page ?
You can click the following link to get redirected. https://jotform.com/myaccount/billing
Please also re-check if your credit card is still valid.
