    I have two different questions

Q1. How can I add 4 columns to my form, something similar to a configurable list?

Q2. How can I export to excel, my form with a configurable list, but instead to get all the data in only one column in excel, to get each data of a configurable list to separate columns?

    1) If you mean four columns for all fields to be, then you have to increase the width of the form enough to fit them in one line, also, you have to shrink the width of the fields, for example:

    2) You cannot, configurable list widget acts as one field, so that's why it is showing in one cell when exporting to Excel.

As the closest alternative, you can use Input table field:

Which cells will be exported in separate columns of Excel.

    Hope this helps.
