I can't get it to work. Please check and tell me what is wrong. I still get all fields on email.

I cloned and tested your form on my account. I replicated the issue. However, I deleted the notification email and created a new one. After that, the problem was solved. Could you please delete your notification email (named as NOTIFIER 1) and create a new one?
