Hi, I just paid to upgrade my account to Bronze via Paypal but it doesn't seem to have registered with my account which still says I have a free package.

As I checked your account, It seems your account has been already upgraded to the Bronze plan as you can see below:
You can check your plan, billing information and your invoices on your billing page:
