I have deleted some forms from my account so that I now have 77. In line with silver membership.
So why do the deleted forms still show in the files? Please see attached.
Also..my main concern ...
Why are my forms NOW only showing a small amount of submissions. A couple of weeks ago they were displaying ALL the submissions.
Eg: “Register” in the Taster Week file is only showing me 38 submissions and I know there are about 200.
Where are they?
Why can’t I see them ?

Which forms that you deleted are still shown inside of the My Forms folder? The forms you deleted are located inside of the Trash folder. I checked some of them but I was not able to see them in any other folder. If the form was previously added to the folder, the folder name will still be shown next to the form name when the form is deleted but the form will no longer be inside of the folder.
Please provide us the exact names of the forms that are shown inside of the Trash Folder and inside of some other folder.
If you do not need the form and submissions of the forms that you deleted, you can Purge them from the Trash folder. Please note that is is not possible to restore the forms that are Purged.
Regarding your other issue - Register form has 234 submissions.
That issue was resolved on your other thread - https://www.jotform.com/answers/1316890
