Change HTML submission to HTML link

Asked by apptigr on September 19, 2012 at 01:24 PM

I have searched the forums and the web to find if this is possible but have not found an answer...

Would I be able to incorperate a feature where users submit HTML the system adds some html and they recieve a download link as if they uploaded an html file

    In other words

    Say I submitted some code:

    <a target="_blank" href="http://question.com" rel="nofollow noopener">Link</a>

They system would add onto it:

    <a target="_blank" href="http://question.com" rel="nofollow noopener">Link</a>

    <a target="_blank" href="http://question.com" rel="nofollow noopener">Link2</a>

And then it would allow them to download the .html file generated?

    Thank you!

I am not sure if I understand exactly what your idea is, but perhaps you might want to take a look at embedding an HTML table report to your form, such as in this example:

    http://www.jotform.com/form/11242225225

In the said example, users are able to submit a website URL, and the URL will be displayed as a clickable link in the report, provided that it starts with either http or www.

You can customize the report to show only the details you need, such as in this report (same form).

Is this along the lines of what you're trying to accomplish?
