How can I send my form to users to be filled out?

Send the link to your form to whomever you would like to fill it out.  The only emails I saw so far were using the email function to send a link to the form.  You can send that same URL directly via email:

https://www.jotform.com/help/401-Where-to-Find-My-Form-URL

Once the form is filled out, it will trigger an email confirmation to the address set up in the forms notification email:
