Hi, A customer of mine needs the Jotform Bronze to send his messages in a website. This website will be provided by me and I want to know how we have to handle the admin situation like, name, address and payment by my customer.

The customer is machinehandelwoormgoor.com and is situated in the Netherlands.

The site will be published next week at the provider and the name will be:

    ski-rack.nl

    My name is:

You can ask your client to create his own account in JotForm. Then, if he wants to upgrade it to a paid plan, he can follow this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/331-how-to-upgrade-my-account

But, in order to activate multiple user feature, you need to switch to Enterprise plan.
