I just started this form: https://form.jotformz.com/73406669891672
But the default theme is not plain (the usual gray background). Instead I´ve got a sky blue background with some cartoon figures, when I go to themes and select the "card default theme" I keep getting this one and not the plain gray I´m use to. Am I doing something wrong? How can I turn back the plain gray background?

The one with skyblue and cartoony background is Jotform's default Theme. If you want to change the background you can select one in the Palette's tab and click "Use Palette".
Or if the color you wanted isn't there. Go to "CUSTOM" tab, under Page Background style, click "COLOR" and pick color in the "Start Color"
Hope that helps, please let us know if you need further guide.

Sorry for my late response. I don't what happened, but that day I kept having that cartoony background every time I started a new form. After that day, everything went to normal (regular grayish background - no cartoons).
Thanks for your help!

Thanks and glad to hear that you are now getting the correct form layout.
For reference, if you're referring to the standard form layout and the new form layout, you can switch them to your account settings so when you create a form, the layout you selected will be the default form layout.
To do that,
1. Go to your account settings https://www.jotform.com/myaccount/settings
2. Then select the Form Layout you prefer
