How can we prevent our email address going to the bounce list?

In the last 2 days, I have received (and addressed by selecting "REMOVE") this message when logging onto your site:

We recently were not able to email you because your email address "wholistic_health@sbcglobal.net" is in our bounce list.

How can we prevent this?

We are sorry for the inconvenience, may I suggest that you whitelist our domain names and sending IP addresses within your email service provider.
