How can I cancel the payment?

    Dear Sir/Madam,

    Just now I've paid for Silver status with a wrong account.

    Let me know how to refund and to repay for another account.

    Dear Hayashi,

    Inattention to your above request, I have just cancelled the current Silver yearly subscription and a full refund is being processed, please allow 7-10 business days for the amount to be reflected on your bank statement. The account is downgraded to Free status.
