I try to do a test submission in a form I have created and get a Message. SORRY! Only one submission is allowed.

You are unable to submit your form for the second time because of the Unique Submission feature.
I inspected the forms on your account and all forms have this feature enabled. If you want to allow your users to submit the form multiple times you have to set Unique Submission option to No Check.
