Why do you keep downgrading my account??!!!!

    This is the 3rd time my account gets downgraded and you refund my upgrade.  I am about to leave you permanently.

    We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience, It seems you are already in a Silver Monthly plan. That was just a prorated refund since you upgraded to silver while you just recently paid the bronze subscription.
