I'm getting the warning: You're almost out of space! in the Secure SSL Submissions box; it's showing 8 of 10 used. As far as I know, I did not set anything to 'secure'. In fact, via the 'embed tab', the 'Secure form' box is not checked in either of my forms. What should I do to change it so that I'm only using "Submissions" and not "Secure SSL Submissions"?
By the way, ALL of those secure 'submissions' were just me testing out how the forms worked in my site; so is there a way I can get it cleared out so that it shows that I have 0 of 10 Secure SSL Submissions?
I look forward to your replies. Thank You!
P.S. I know this is probably dumb, but what exactly is a "submission"? Is it when someone fills out and submits a form? Just checking to be sure.
One more thing: can I change my profile pic? If so, how?

Your concept about a submission is correct. You might need to change your gravatar and then clear your browser cache to make it appear here
I had reset your SSL submission counter. Please note this can be done only once .

Just want to add one thing:
In fact, via the 'embed tab', the 'Secure form' box is not checked in either of my forms.
The secure form checkbox is used only for generating secure embed codes and form URL. It does not change anything on your form, so no matter how many times you tick that checkbox, it will always get cleared each time you access the Embed Form wizard.
I suggest that you re-embed the form on your website using non-secure (http) codes.

Well, I removed the 'https' from my website URL in my account settings page (so now it begins with the 'www'), and then I submitted the form from my website. But the Secure SSL Submissions box shows I now have 1 of 10 Secure SSL Submissions!
So, what am I supposed to change, and where do I change it, so that that remains as 0 of 10 Secure SSL Submissions? I do not want any submissions to be counted as 'secure'.
And on that note, is there a way to test how a form works without it counting against me? If not, there should be. How else can one tell if a form is working the way you want it to work unless you test it out?
As always, I look forward to your replies. Thank you!

Just added an avatar via my gravator account, so I'm posting this to see if it appears. I did as jeanettebmz said and cleared my browser cache. If it doesn't appear, then the image that gets generated here will do. (I did not select the blue 'snowflake', so that's why I say 'gets generated'. Anyway, my gravatar avatar is cool, so we'll see if it works.
Lastly, for some reason, my earlier email reply is not showing here in this thread. So I am reposting it below (in blue) just so you see that I thanked you for zeroing out my Secure SSL Submissions count--didn't want you to think I was ungrateful. And, I also asked about changing my avatar--which is sutiable since that is why I am posting this in the first place.
OK, my earlier post:

Thank you for the credits!!
I do not see where I can change my avatar; where is that located? (I am now a brand new member of Gravatar.)
I look forward to your reply. Thank you!

Hello again, Tellmemore.
First thing that I noticed, is that your upper form uses the jotform gadget while the lower one uses a different gadget. You can change the gadget used on your upper form with the same gadget as the one below so that it will not forcefully use the secure version on your page when you're visiting via SSL.
Regarding your avatar, it sometimes take a while for it to reflect so we can wait a bit longer for it to take effect. We're looking forward to see it :)

OK, I changed the form; should I submit it to see if it gets counted as
secure or not. Or would you like to test it?
Thanks for the info about the avatar.

I've tested the forms on your google site and it seems to be working fine now. Submissions are now counted as regular submissions not SSL.
Google will force your form to use HTTPS when you'll use google site embed code, so iframe embedding (with HTTP on it using google embed gadget) is the correct solution.

Hello! I'm having the same problem. Do not use forms with SSL encryption. But the forms were all suspended mine. according to the control panel on secure SSL Submissions - 11 of 10 used. I affirm that I do not use the SSL forms. What should I do?
Follow the link of the page that the forms should appear.
They were all showing up, only two days ago that disappeared from the page due to the problem noted above.
I await return. Thank you!

I did check all your web pages and all of them does not use any form's SSL embed code. The last web page does not have any JotForm.
You have received 28 submissions and out of which 11 are SSL submissions. It seems the SSL embed code is already removed. I have manually reset your SSL counter to zero and your account is now active. Please be informed that we can reset the counter only once per account.
All your forms are now active as well.
