Third party ad network tracking doesn’t work anymore with google analytics (Maybe because of JotForm)

    Hello I am unsure whether this problem has to do with my jotform settings but I have exhausted every other possible option and I would like to ask your opinion about this.

     

    I have a campaign running with a third party ad network which supports URL tracking parameters and I was able to track the conversions through google analytics with goals and URL using the parameters from the URL builder

     

    First I create a goal with a destination page /thanks.html

     

    Then I create the URL in Google URL builder and place the corresponding parameters like this: https://mywebsite.com/example/example2/?utm_source=ADNETWORK-EXAMPLE&utm_medium=CPC-EXAMPLE&utm_term...

     

    I could see which keywords converted in the campaigns section under the acquisition tab in analytics until few weeks ago.

     

    Yesterday I restarted the campaigns and noticed that I can see the clicks and from which keywords are coming from but not the conversions. The conversions tab remain always empty.

     

    I rechecked and I have the analytics javascript code on all the pages in the funnel (Only 4 pages) and all seems fine, but I cannot see from which keyword the conversions are coming from anymore.

     

    The thing that made me ask here is that in order to purchase and to go to the thank you page you must fill a jotform in which the thank you page is setup with prepopluated url

     

    So will that affect the google goal analytics settings?

     

    Currently my goals thank you page setting in google analytics is https://myurl.com/thankyou.html and in jotfor thank you page is https://myurl.com/thankyou.html?email={email}&input17[first]={input17:first}&input17[last]={input17:last}

     

    Do you think this could be the reason I can no longer see the conversions on my google analytics reports? And if yes how do I fix it?

    I don't think the issue is related to JotForm parameters. Please contact Google Analytics Solutions to check further: https://www.en.advertisercommunity.com/t5/Analytics-Solutions/ct-p/Google_Analytics#
