Hello Team,
I have an old form that I replaced in Jotform. The old form has been saved on a few people's favorites and as such, are still able to access it. I added a custom URL but testing going to the original URL still seems to work.
Is there a way I can disable or break the URL entirely? I do not want to delete the form as we will still need to refer to historic submissions.
Thanks
Terence

You can disable or restrict other user's from cloning your forms. You just need to enable the privacy settings in your JotForm account.
Here are the steps.
Go to your account,https://www.jotform.com/myaccount
Then Settings and scroll down until you find Privacy.
Check "Do not allow my forms to be cloned by other user".
Hope this helps.

Thanks for the quick reply Richie. I made the changes as you mentioned, but I can still access the form through the old link. I renamed the URL in the Direct Link section of the Jotform to be different, but using the old URL still directs me to the old form.

The form will be available if the user has the link, they will not be able to clone it, the restriction message will appear when someone tries to clone the form, they will be alerted that the form cannot be cloned.
