How do I change my user name?

someone shared files with me to get started in JotForm and I signed up with the wrong username i.e. not the one he used when he shared.

There is no option where you can change your username, but we can do it for you.

Please provide at least 3 unique username so that we can check for its availability. Please take note that period "." and spaces are not allowed anymore.

Note: If you are using custom URL (how to create a custom URL of a form) for your form, it will no longer work since the username got changed. You will need to change the URL to have the new username in it instead.
