How to make the form with all questions in one page?

Hello,

I am trying to create a single step form but am only able to create multi step forms when clicking on 'create a form'

You need to change the layout to All questions in one page. Please refer to the images below and Click on Settings, and then Form Settings , Show More Options. After that locate the Form Layout and change it to All Questions in One Page.
