I tried to add an Adwords Conversion script on the thankyou page of one of our JotForms.
When I save the form(press ok), the <script> is removed.
Why is this happening and is there a way to add an AdWords conversion <script> on the thank-you/confirmation page of a JotForm?

The script codes you add in the Thank You page will always be removed by JotForm (due to security reasons.) so it will not work.
I recommend you review this same discussion thread for the workaround that will work.
Let us know if this did not work for you.

It seems like AdWords no longer offers a 'noscript' tracking pixel.
They only offer a JS based tracking pixel.
You may want to update that thread that notes the first option to 'use a no-script tracking pixel'.
At this point, it looks like the only thing we can do is create a thank-you page redirect and add this conversion snippet (JS) on that page.
Thanks for your help!

Thank you for your correction and suggestion. We will do that.
You are quite welcome as well.
