Is there any recent updates done regarding the responsiveness ?

Since wednesday the form was looking fine for me. But now am experiencing some issues 

Can you please provide the url of the form. I checked the forms that you have created with this user: rajeshmanoharan. JotForm is responsive for all devices, please provide the url and a screenshot of your issue so I can find a solution.

I inspected the url you have provided. And as you can see in the image below there are some JavaScript errors being shown. I would suggest you to generate the iframe from the beginning and to replace the current one.
