My edits are not showing up after publishing my form. Can someone help me? Thank you.

    I've tried to apply a theme which shows up in the edit screen and simple text edits, but they aren't being applied to the live form online. You can see in the screen shot which comes from the edit screen that some of the headings should be blue and that I've changed some wording as well that isn't showing up online.

    I have just checked your form on the builder and it looks the same as on preview, although the format you have shown on your screenshot does not shown on the current version of the form:

    I would recommend you to apply the changes again and if they are not showing in the preview you may clear the forms cache: https://www.jotform.com/help/229-How-to-Clear-Your-Form-Cache
