How to remove Jotform branding at the bottom of confirmation page?

    I am currently on the Bronze plan which should have no Jotform branding at the bottom of confirmation page after the form is submitted (see attached picture for your reference). However, for whatever reason, the branding is still there. You can check it yourself after completing the form as a test:

    Could you please fix this problem? In addition, could you please make sure that the same problem doesn't happen with other application forms associated with this account.

    To remove the JotForm Branding, please log in to your account and open this link:

    At the bottom of the page, please disable the "Show Powered by JotForm on my forms" option.
