Can I make the form to send an email only to the applicant?

I want to make a link to a form, from another form that if needed, the applicant will execute, then submit and have it only come to his own email, no one else.
He would then print-out the pdf version, sign and have notarized, then scan & upload as part of the original application form.

Is this possible? The only part of this I’m questioning is whether I can make the form go only to the applicant to print-out, sign and have notarized, etc., as stated above.

If you want to send the notification to the person that originally submitted the form, then create an autoresponder: https://www.jotform.com/help/26-Setting-up-an-Autoresponder-Email

In the autoresponder, you would need to setup the following:

    1) Enable the PDF attachment(option 2 from advanced settings), so the user can download the submission in PDF version.

    2) Include the edit link: https://www.jotform.com/help/40-How-to-Let-Users-Update-Their-Form-Submissions-at-a-Later-Date

So, the user will be able to load the submission in edit mode, where he can upload the notarized PDF submission.

Now, if you need to show the upload field(where the user will upload the PDF) only on edit URL, then follow this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/389-How-to-Show-or-Hide-Fields-on-Edit-URL

Let us know if you need more help, we will be glad to assist you.

Do you mean you want to transfer the inputted data from 1-4 pages into a new form after Submission ?

If I understood you correctly, you can do it by Pre-populating fields via URL parameters.
Here is the guide for that, https://www.jotform.com/help/71-Prepopulating-Fields-to-Your-JotForm-via-URL-Parameters

I apologize if I misunderstood your question, please let us know by giving us more details.

    Thank you.

No, actually I mean the pages of one form, (i.e.- all the fields) and copy to create a new form.
I have decided I want to separate some portions of one form into 2 different forms.

    Thanks for the response, awsaljc.

The easier method of doing this is by cloning the form, then edit the form by removing the unnecessary fields/pages. You can check this guide to know the steps: https://www.jotform.com/help/27-How-to-Clone-an-Existing-Form-from-Your-Account

When I go to a page to remove/delete a page of a form, it doesn’t remove that page it deletes the last page instead. How can I delete a specific page?
I’m surprised there is not the capability to copy and paste a full page to move to another form.

Deleting a page doesn't delete the content. You select all the contents on that page from the top then delete it.

To do that, rightclick the first field on the Page you wanted to delete and click "Manage Multiple Fields"

Then scroll down to the last part/field of the Page you want to delete and click the Field while you press the Shift button on your keyboard(not the Check Mark) just anywhere near that field.

It should look like the screencast below. (For example I wanted to delete all the Contents of Page 1).

I have 2 accounts with JotForm. Is it possible to clone a form from one account and place it in the other account?
